This policy explains what information Samira Campos Cleaning Services ("we") collects through samiracleaning.com and how it is used. We are a small, owner-run cleaning business based in Lowell, Massachusetts.

Information you give us

When you request a quote, the form collects the service you want, the number of rooms, your phone number, and optionally your name, ZIP code, email address and any notes you add. This information is sent to Samira's email through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, so she can reply with a quote. If you call, text or email us, we receive the information you share.

We use this information only to respond to you, give you a quote and schedule cleanings. We do not sell your information.

How you found us

To understand which ads and searches bring people to the site, we store campaign information from the page address (such as Google Ads click IDs and UTM tags) and the page you first arrived on in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days. This information is included with quote requests so we know where the request came from.

Analytics and advertising

• Google Analytics 4 measures how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked and quote requests sent.
• Google Ads measures whether our ads lead to calls, texts and quote requests. When enabled, Enhanced Conversions may send a securely hashed (scrambled) version of the phone number or email you enter to Google so it can match the conversion to an ad click. Google cannot read the original values from the hash.
• Microsoft Clarity records how visitors move through pages (clicks, scrolling) as heatmaps and session replays so we can improve the site. Form fields are masked, so what you type is not recorded.

These services may use cookies or similar technologies. You can learn more in Google's privacy policy and Microsoft's privacy statement, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Your choices
